As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll be responsible for building and scaling our sales department, driving B2B growth, and transforming our marketing strategies to attract high-quality leads and convert them into long-term clients. Job Description:

Build & optimize a B2B sales department from scratch.

– Design and implement high-conversion lead generation strategies (full funnel from acquisition to deal closure).

– Establish lead qualification and segmentation processes (including CRM integration, analytics, and automation).

Launch partnership programs and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for enterprise clients.

– Manage and mentor the sales team.

– Analyze market trends, competitors, and adjust strategies proactively.

We Expect You to Have:

4+ years in B2B sales or marketing, including leadership roles.

– Proven track record in building sales/marketing teams from scratch (case studies showing conversion growth, CAC reduction).

– Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Tableau), and marketing automation.

– Ability to balance performance marketing with long-term brand building.

Leadership skills: inspire teams and thrive in fast-paced environments.

WEB 3 experience is not required, but a strong advantage.
