We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive our expansion into new markets and establish a strong international network of partnerships. This role is ideal for professionals with a solid background in payments, fintech, or financial services who excel in strategic business development and partnership management.Key responsibilities

Identify and develop partnerships with payment solutions, financial institutions, and PSPs across key markets (India, Africa, Asia, Latin America).
Lead negotiations on commercial and technical terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Oversee contract management, including negotiation, execution, amendments, and compliance updates.
Drive partner growth strategies, increasing transaction volumes and integrating new payment methods.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.

Required qualifications

Proven experience in the payments industry and a strong understanding of financial services.
Deep knowledge of international financial markets and regional business practices.
Strong negotiation and business development skills, with the ability to establish and maintain long-term strategic partnerships.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a structured approach to business development.
Willingness to travel as required to support business expansion.
Fluency in English and Russian (C1 or higher).

Preferred qualifications

Established network in the financial industry, including banks, payment providers, digital wallets.
In-depth knowledge of local financial ecosystems in India, Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
Residence in India, Nigeria/Kenya, or Latin America is an advantage.
