APS delivers powerful solutions that incorporate the latest FinTech technologies and draw on verified business experience. Our team is growing, and we’ve recently launched exciting new products. Now, we’re expanding our B2B services - and we’re looking for a driven and results-oriented B2B Sales Manager to join our ambitious journey.

Your Mission:

You will drive B2B growth by promoting and selling a suite of modern payment products and services tailored for high-risk and tech-driven businesses, including:

  • Binance Pay & crypto payment integrations
  • SWIFT & SEPA payment rails
  • Custom OTC crypto-fiat solutions
  • vIBAN and multi-currency corporate accounts
  • White-label EMI (Electronic Money Institution) platforms
  • Fiat on/off ramps and merchant infrastructure

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the full sales cycle: from identifying prospects to negotiating deals and closing contracts, merchant support during onboarding and initial setup, acting as a trusted consultant, collaborate with compliance and account teams to tailor solutions and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Manage inbound leads and convert them into long-term partners.
  • Build strategic relationships with crypto exchanges, fintech startups, forex platforms, e-commerce providers, and OTC desks
  • Generate revenue from both new and existing clients through upselling and relationship management
  • Understand client needs and tailor our FinTech solutions accordingly
  • Maintain close, proactive relationships with corporate clients, offering insights, support, and added value
  • Business development: search for and develop strategic partnerships with acquiring providers and related services including EMI partners, crypto custodians, liquidity providers, BaaS platforms, and settlement banks.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new growth opportunities and products
  • Represent APS at global industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetups
  • Prepare detailed reports and forecasts based on data from CRM and market research
  • Track activity and pipeline performance using CRM tools

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Payments in the financial/FinTech sector
  • Proven success in a complex sales environment — ideally in a PSP, acquirer, or enterprise solution provider
  • Hands-on experience promoting complex payment solutions in the crypto/forex/e-commerce space
  • Understanding of key payment instruments: SWIFT/SEPA, vIBANs, OTC desks, EMI platforms, Binance Pay, on and off ramps solutions, etc
  • ​​Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks, including:

- AML/KYC principles

- Onboarding procedures for corporate and crypto clients

- Risk management in EMI/OTC/crypto-fiat operations

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • High level of self-discipline, motivation, and goal-orientation
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written)
  • Passion for FinTech, blockchain, and innovation
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
  • Willingness to travel for business meetings and global events
